The Asper International Exchange program gives you the opportunity to travel the world, meet amazing new people and experience new cultures that you wouldn't find in Winnipeg. The exchange program is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the world while enhancing your studies. While studying abroad, students will have a variety of business courses to choose from, as well as learning in and around environments unavailable at home. There’s no better way to grow your own sense of yourself and your capabilities.
For a list of all of partner schools, visit the Asper School of Business, International Exchange - Partner Schools page.
Experience the Benefits
The Asper International Exchange Program offers you the opportunity to study and live in another part of the world, to step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself in a place where people may talk, walk, dance, eat, drink, think, and generally live in ways you have never experienced. Each of the partner schools offers something different to our students. Ranging from the strength of their business programs to their location, Asper students can choose the partner school based on their priority and what they hope to get out of the exchange.
As a leader in international business education, the Asper School provides all exchange students with extra support services. The Faculty Exchange Coordinator provides exchange students with academic support and guidance throughout their international experience.
Courses taken through the exchange may be transferred towards their electives and business options without evaluation. Furthermore, students admitted as of Fall 2011 (under the new program) may use exchange courses towards their International Business core requirement and some courses (with the approval of the Exchange Coordinator) may be applied towards the Alternative Management core requirement.
An exchange gives you the opportunity to create lifelong memories and friends, and travel to places you never thought you would go.
